Light-Medium absorbency (single core layer)
These are made from a top and bottom layer of organic cotton jersey (95% organic cotton, 5% lycra), an absorbent core of bamboo Zorb (70% bamboo, 30% organic cotton), a waterproof layer of organic cotton PUL (80% organic cotton, 20% polyurethane), undyed 100 % recycled polyester thread and KAM Snap poppers (polyacetal resin).

Here are some care instructions that you may find useful…
Wear as you would a disposable pad. Change as often as you would a disposable pad or as often as you feel necessary. Wear with your TOTM (time of the month) underwear, they don’t work best with thongs/lace as they aren’t as secure. Place the plain side down against your underwear and the pretty pattern facing your bits 😊 
The poppers may be stiff to begin with, they should get smoother with use.
After use, rinse under cold water until the water runs clear (this helps to prevent staining) and store until your next laundry day. You can store them in a wet bag or wring out and store somewhere safe.
You can wash these with your normal laundry at 30-40 degrees, though use of fabric softener can affect their absorbency so try to use little to none when washing your pads. Best washed before first use. Air-dry on a drying rack or in an airing cupboard – the tumble dryer is not advised as your pads may shrink and the waterproof layer can be affected, same applies to drying in direct contact with a radiator.
